Send the full model code or codes, the quantity required, and your delivery country and postcode. If the model code is unclear, attach a photograph of the drive's nameplate. We reply with a formal quotation showing unit price, Incoterm, lead time, payment terms, and the certification and documentation package available for those models.

New original drives are supplied with a [WARRANTY PERIOD]-month warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, starting from [DATE OF SHIPMENT / DATE OF DELIVERY]. Warranty terms for new surplus and refurbished units differ and are stated in the quotation for those items. The warranty covers repair or replacement; it does not cover damage caused by incorrect installation, over-voltage, or operation outside the ratings on the nameplate.

Yes. Third-party pre-shipment inspection by SGS, Bureau Veritas, TUV or Intertek can be arranged on request at the buyer's cost. We also support live remote video inspection of testing and packing, which is often faster and free of travel cost for urgent shipments.

The ABB and Parker drives we supply are covered by the manufacturer's RoHS and REACH declarations, which are provided on request for the specific model and production batch. If your end customer requires a formal material-compliance statement issued in your company's name, tell us at the quotation stage and we will include it in the document pack.

Depending on the model and options fitted, the drives are supplied with the manufacturer's CE marking (EMC Directive 2014/30/EU, Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU and Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC), UKCA marking, UL / cUL listing and CSA certification, EAC declaration for the EAEU customs union, and RoHS and REACH material-compliance statements. Marine type approvals are additionally available for ABB ACS880 drives fitted with marine option +C132. Certification coverage is model-specific, so we confirm the applicable documents for your exact model code in the quotation.

In most cases, yes. Send the complete model code plus, where possible, a photograph of the nameplate and the drive's existing parameter list. If the model has been discontinued by the manufacturer, we propose the closest form-fit-function replacement from the same ABB or Parker drive family and document every difference in writing before you place the order.

Send us your order model codes and we will return nameplate photographs and serial-number records for the exact units allocated to your order, normally before shipment. That serial number can be cross-checked directly with ABB, Parker, or their regional service partner. We also support live remote video inspection of the testing and packing process if you or your end customer want additional assurance.

Yes. Every ABB variable frequency drive and Parker AC or DC drive we export is sourced through authorized distribution channels and audited supply partners, and is supplied with its original manufacturer nameplate intact: model code, serial number and production date code included. Where a unit is new surplus or refurbished rather than new original, we state this in the quotation and on the commercial invoice, so there is never any ambiguity about what you are buying before you commit.
